Attorneys Natalie Klyashtorny and Alex Goldberg from Nochumson P.C. will walk attendees through the essential steps for responding to a violation notice from the Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I). They will explain how to assess the type and severity of the notice, initiate corrective actions, and communicate effectively with L&I to avoid escalation, such as fines, stop-work orders, or legal proceedings.

This “lunch and learn” session will also cover how to protect your property interests through strategic decision-making, including when and how to appeal a violation. Attendees will gain practical insights into navigating the city’s enforcement process, using available resources, and maintaining compliance to prevent future issues.
