Event Description:



17 Market West is the site of Philadelphia’s first major post-pandemic office-to-residential conversion project. Now a modern, luxury apartment complex, the project successfully demonstrates a solution to the challenges faced by the city's office real estate market since the shift to remote work.

Join the BIA for a conversation with the development team and learn more about the transformation of an existing 18-story office building into 299 contemporary units with upscale amenities, including a rooftop pool and state-of-the-art fitness center. Speakers will highlight the challenges of acquisition and construction, the process of developing the design vision, and integrating the latest technology. 

After the discussion, attendees may tour the project and enjoy drinks and light fare in the sophisticated resident lounge.
