To encourage investment in certain designated census tracts nationwide, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act enacted the “Opportunity Zone“ program. Join the panel discussion with Marcy Hart, Fox Rothschild, Lauren Gilchrist, JLL, and Anne Bovaird Nevins, PIDC outlining the designations of the Zones, the availability of the tax incentives and how to leverage the tax benefits in real estate transactions.
